Job description
UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Nurse Navigator for the Cancer Center to guide patients through the diagnostic and treatment pathways. You will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes across the cancer continuum.
The role requires a MA RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and at least 5 years of nursing experience with strong teaching and communication skills.
