Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients from pre-diagnosis through the treatment continuum, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.
The ONN supports patients by facilitating timely access to services, referrals to financial counseling, nutrition, and social work, and by helping patients and families navigate the care journey. Strong nursing experience, BSN, and excellent communication are essential.
