Job description
Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ is seeking a Nurse Navigator II to join the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team. The NN II supports patients and families, educates, identifies barriers to care, and helps patients adjust after a cancer diagnosis.
This role helps patients navigate the complexity of the healthcare system and contributes to improved patient outcomes and patient and provider satisfaction.
