Job description
Mercy in Missouri seeks a Nurse Navigator to coordinate patient care across the continuum, working with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to optimize treatment and outcomes. The role supports patients and families throughout their care journey.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire. Oncology exposure is preferred; BSN is a plus.
