Job description
Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Cancer Center, the Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) helps patients and families from diagnosis to survivorship. The ONN is a patient advocate, care coordinator, educator and provides psychosocial support and community connections.
This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to quality care and represents the Oncology Program at events to promote services and grow the hospital's reach.
