Job description
South Shore Health System seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator in Weymouth, MA to provide individualized nursing support, education and coordination for oncology patients. The role focuses on reducing barriers to care, guiding patients and families through treatment decisions and coordinating care across disciplines.
