Job description
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's SSH Medical Oncology Cancer Center in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) for a part-time day position to support patients through the cancer continuum.
The ONN provides education, care coordination, and psychosocial support, coordinating with the care team to ensure timely access to quality care and resources across all stages of treatment and survivorship.
