Job description

South Shore Health in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) to provide individualized support, education, and care coordination across the cancer continuum. The role focuses on clinical care, telephone triage, symptom management, and patient education, with the goal of timely access to quality care.

The position requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and at least 1 year of RN experience; ambulatory/oncology experience is preferred.
