Job description
Rochester General Hospital's Lipson Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Nurse Navigator (Part-Time) to support oncology patients and families. This 32-hour-per-week position collaborates with the care team to coordinate care, triage needs, and guide patients through the treatment journey.
The Nurse Navigator will review medical records, assess psychosocial and financial needs, and arrange post‑hospital plans.
