Job description
United Urology Group is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients and families through the cancer care continuum, coordinating care with multiple departments and ensuring timely access to care. The MONN educates patients, facilitates decisions, and connects to internal and external resources.
The role requires BSN, oncology RN experience, and certification within the first year; oncology-specific credentials are preferred.
