Job description
Oncology Voice Network LLC is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate care for surgical patients across the care continuum. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to remove barriers to care, educate families, and ensure timely access to psychosocial support.
The role requires 3 years of nursing or nurse navigator experience, BLS at hire, and up to 10% travel. Associates in Nursing is required; Bachelor's preferred.
