Job description
Pagosa Springs Medical Center is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to support patients through the cancer care continuum in a clinic-based setting. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week role operates on a weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays, providing care coordination, patient advocacy, and liaison with the care team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced oncology RN with strong EHR documentation skills, infusion experience, and a commitment to education and patient support.
