Job description
Salary Range: $140k $165k (varies depending on years of experience)
This is an opportunity to join a well-established cancer and hematology network serving communities across New York City, known for high-quality care and strong clinical standards!
This position is ideal for a confident, independent APP who values autonomy, consistency, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients navigating cancer care.
What You ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with breast cancer or breast-related conditions
Conduct evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing symptom management
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary oncology teams to support treatment plans
Practice with a high level of independence while maintaining access to physician support
Apply sound clinical judgment to complex patient cases in a fast-paced but structured environment
Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical record
Serve as a consistent clinical presence for patients throughout their care journey
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday Friday schedule
Clinic hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
100% outpatient, in-office role
What We re Looking For
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
Master s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
Prior experience as an APP in breast oncology, oncology, or breast surgery
Strong clinical confidence, independence, and decision-making skills
Professional, reliable, and comfortable working within established clinical processes
Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
