Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner - Minneapolis, MN

Hours/Week: Full-time (40 hours/week)

License/Certs: MN license required; BLS & ACLS certifications
Experience: Prior hematology/oncology inpatient experience required
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02
Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You ll Do:
Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for patients of all ages
Support hematology/oncology team with assessments, treatments, and procedures
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop patient care plans
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system
Assist in building the hospital s bone marrow transplant practice as needed
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
Valid Minnesota license as an NP or PA
Prior experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant)
Proficiency in inpatient care procedures and EMR documentation
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
