Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced care to adult oncology patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In collaboration with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll conduct assessments, manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and oversee chemotherapy and supportive care. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with inpatient and outpatient services, and participate in tumor boards and quality initiatives.
