Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver advanced oncology care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In collaboration with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens, monitor treatment response, and address symptom management. You will provide patient and family education, coordinate care across settings, and support survivorship and palliative needs.
