Job description
Nuvance Health in Rhinebeck, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Medical Oncologist at Northern Dutchess Hospital. The model is multidisciplinary and disease-site specific, and you will coordinate, oversee and provide advanced nursing care to oncology patients.
You will educate patients and families, write orders within the practice agreement, maintain clinical documentation, support infusion and supportive care needs, and participate in quality improvement and research
