Job description
NuvanceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in collaboration with our Medical Oncologist at NorthernDutchessHospital in Rhinebeck, NY. The NP will coordinate, oversee and provide advanced nursing care to medical oncology patients and serve as a Clinical Patient Navigator.
The role emphasizes multidisciplinary care, education for patients and families, order-writing within the practice agreement, and participation in clinical quality initiatives and research.
