Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification/licensure
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Interest in developing long-term patient relationships within the community
Oncology or hematology experience preferred, but not required
Practice Details
Primarily outpatient hematology/oncology practice
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care model
Strong support from nursing, infusion, pharmacy, and ancillary care teams
Opportunity for professional growth and mentorship

Pay Summary
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.

Physical Requirements
Medium work; exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
