Job description
City of Hope's South Pasadena Clinic seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff, patient care, quality, and staff development. This role coordinates Infusion, Medical Oncology, Diabetes/Endocrinology, Radiation Oncology and surgical services, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a dynamic cancer care environment.
You will mentor a team of about 25 clinicians, drive clinical quality initiatives, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
