Job description
Vail Health Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychosocial Oncology Counselor/Social Worker in Edwards, CO. This full-time clinical role focuses on psychosocial oncology, palliative care, survivorship, and care coordination within Shaw Cancer Center and Shaw at Home.
You will provide 1:1, couples, family, and group counseling, develop treatment plans, support patients through cancer care, and collaborate with community partners while modeling Just Culture and organizational values.
