Job description
RWJBarnabas Health seeks an Assistant Director of Patient Care for the Medical Oncology unit at the New Brunswick campus. The role supports the Director in delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing services and drives staff development, safety, and regulatory compliance within a busy unit.
The position combines clinical leadership with administrative duties, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance improvement. Day shift, 40 hours per week, on-site leadership coverage.
