Job description
Carle Health's Cancer Center is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive oncology pharmaceutical care and act as a clinical expert across multiple specialty areas. This role supports hematology/oncology, urology, ophthalmology, gynecology and research at Carle Foundation Hospital with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
You will oversee chemotherapy preparation, MTM, dosing recommendations, and collaboration with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
