Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430p)
Nov 23-25
Dec 21-24; 28-31
Avg 15 shifts per month; min 1 week per month to be considered
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work:
Avg 25-30 ppd
External beam radiation therapy
OTVs
Follow up visits and consultations
SRS oversight
Solo coverage
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BLS, DEA/CSR,
EMR: Epic
Pay Rate Preferred: $325/hr
