Opportunity:
Board Certified - Medical Physicist, Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
Experienced Therapeutic Medical Physicist needed for Radiation Therapy in an outpatient setting covering multiple facilities
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Average of 60-70 patients per day across 3 locations, primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient cases for simulation and treatment
Perform chart checks including initial and weekly reviews
Conduct machine quality assurance (QA)
Perform HDR treatment planning and treatment operation
Provide SBRT treatment supervision
Documentation System/EMR: Aria
Board Certification required: ABR/ABMP
Active Michigan medical license required - no exceptions
Minimum of 3 years of experience required
Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
Local providers only - only mileage will be reimbursed
Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days for NRC/State RAM licenses
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
