ATC Locums is seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum coverage following a provider resignation, offering an excellent opportunity to focus on patient care with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Practice Setting: Ambulatory Radiation Oncology Clinic
Coverage Dates: August
September 22 October 2
Ongoing Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM for approximately 6 months
Call: None
Practice Details Outpatient radiation oncology practice
Approximately 20 patients per day
No hospital admissions
Diverse oncologic disease states
Responsibilities include: New consultations
Follow-up visits
Treatment planning
Status checks
Oversight of treatments
Tumor conference participation
Procedures & Technology SBRT
IMRT
3D conformal radiation therapy
SRS
EMR: Epic
Collaborative Support Team 1 Registered Nurse
4 Radiation Therapists
2 Medical Physicists
3 Dosimetrists
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
Kentucky medical license or IMLC eligibility (LOQ in hand)
Clean background and malpractice history required for emergency privileges
BLS required by start date; DEA preferred for assignment
