JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Licenses: Active KY License required
DEA: Active DEA certification required
Certifications: BLS (Preferred), ACLS (Nice to Have), PALS (Nice to Have), NRP (Nice to Have)
Experience: Residency/Fellowship required
Other Qualifications: Clean background/malpractice required; must be available for listed dates
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee treatments
Perform new consults
Conduct follow-ups
Develop treatment plans (including SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS)
Participate in tumor conferences
