Job description
Fitzgibbon Hospital is a non‑profit community hospital serving the Marshall, MO area.
Shift
Part‑time, 48 hours every two weeks (3‑4 days per week, Monday‑Friday)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Candidate qualifications
ARRT (RTT) certification
BLS certification
At least one year of recent Radiation Therapist experience preferred
Strong communication and adaptability skills
Excellent bedside manner
Responsibilities
Administer radiation treatments to patients, ensuring precise delivery of treatment plans for optimal care
Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety
Monitor patients during treatments, assessing condition and reporting adverse reactions
Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other health professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Work with multidisciplinary staff within the department to care for patients
