This leader will drive national sales strategies, recruit and coach a field sales team, and partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to optimize execution. The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, with 5+ years in oncology leadership, NSCLC experience preferred, and travel up to 75%.
