Job description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY is hiring four Registered Nurse Case Managers at our main campus in Manhattan. You’ll use your clinical judgment and nursing experience in a new way, helping patients and families navigate complex cancer care.
As an RN Case Manager, you’ll assess patient needs, advocate for patients, coordinate discharge planning, home care, equipment, and follow-up care.
