Job description
South Shore Health System in South Weymouth, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized, outcome oriented nursing care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care, administer medications, document per SSH policies, and support patient and family centered care throughout hospitalization.
Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and discharge planning with a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration within the care team.
