Job description
The Duke Center for Onco-Primary Care Program in Durham, NC seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a hybrid on-site/remote role within Duke Health's outpatient cancer survivorship program. Provide direct patient care to adult cancer survivors, develop survivorship care plans, and collaborate with oncologists and primary care teams.
You will work 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with no on-call requirements, and practice across Duke Health sites and telehealth after onboarding.
