Job description
Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital is seeking a Triage Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide clinically expert triage within a physician’s practice, assess patient acuity, educate patients and staff, and act as a patient advocate while coordinating care across providers.
Required is an accredited RN program grad, 3+ years of hospital or outpatient experience, an Illinois RN license, and CPR certification.
