Job description
AstraZeneca GmbH is seeking a Director, Value Strategy and Evidence, Oncology, to lead bespoke reimbursement and payment models in the U.S. Market Access. You will synthesize clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and market intelligence to drive value-based constructs and IVS frameworks for oncology brands.
The role requires a PhD or MSc, min. 7 years in pharma/med device with access strategy and HEOR/RWE, and strong communication in a matrix organization.
