Overview
nOneSelect Clinical Liaison (RN, RT)
nThe OneSelect Clinical Liaison will help guide patients to our acute inpatient rehabilitation and critical illness recovery hospitals in the Orlando area.
nSchedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
nRotating weekend and holiday "on call" schedule.
nA day in the life
nYou'll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs. You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals by fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll also coordinate care plans with physicians and families. Additionally, you will facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.

nKey Responsibilities:
nnnYou will work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients' families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay by utilizing your strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

nnPerform clinical assessments of referred patients, then counsel with patients' families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
n
nnPartner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre-admission and transfer process through removing payer-related and operational barriers for patients getting into our highly effective level of care.

n nQualifications
nWhat we're looking for in a Clinical Liaison
nRequired Skills:
nnnRegistered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
n
nnWill consider other designations like LPN, PT, OT, etc., upon further review.
n
nnAbility to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
n
n nPreferred skills that will make you a successful Clinical Liaison:
nnnDemonstrated success in patient advocacy.
n
nnSuperior communication and relationship-building skills.
n
nnPrior healthcare marketing or business development experience is preferred, but extensive training is provided on this piece.
