One To One ObserverLocation: Marlton - Rt 73 and Brick RoadRemote Type: On-SiteEmployment Type: EmployeeEmployment Classification: RegularTime Type: Full timeWork Shift: Day Shift - 12 Hr (United States of America)Total Weekly Hours: 36Additional Locations:Summary: The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. This position will also communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.Position Responsibilities:Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately.Assists in orientation of healthcare team.Other duties as assigned.Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: Must have strong communication skills. Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
