Job description
Constellation Energy seeks an On-Line Manager to lead real-time energy operations for our utilities and energy portfolio. In this role, you will oversee online monitoring of power generation and load, manage day-ahead and real-time scheduling, and coordinate with trading, grid, and plant operations to ensure reliability and cost-effective delivery. You will analyze operational data, identify risk and performance issues, and implement process improvements. The On-Line Manager will mentor analysts, ensure compliance with regulatory and market rules, and support innovation that advances Constellation’s sustainability and customer-focused goals.
