Job description
Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager to support its RIS division at a client site in Port Jervis, NY. The role is on-site, 2nd shift (1 PM – 10 PM), Monday through Friday, and entails managing on-site HR functions, recruitment, selection, and employee management.
The Site Manager will build relationships with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, and ensure staffing plans meet client needs while complying with employment standards.
