Onsite Call Center Representative$19.00/hr | Shift: 11:30am-8:15pmQualfon is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Banking Specialists) to support a financial services client. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience who are ready to grow their skills in banking, credit cards, and fraud support.You'll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound questions across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.Veterans and military family members are encouraged to applyWhat You'll DoAnswer inbound customer service calls, emails and chatsAssist with: Credit card and consumer loan questionsFraud-related inquiries and authorizationsChecking, savings, and CD account maintenanceHelp members recover online credentialsComplete account updates (authorized users, balance transfers, IRA changes)Document interactions clearly and accuratelyEscalate issues when needed and follow established proceduresMeet service level, quality, and attendance expectationsWhat We're Looking For1 year of customer service experience required: banking, financial services, call center, insurance, or fraud experience a plusCall center experience preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable handling difficult conversations professionallyAbility to multitask in multiple computer systemsTyping speed: 20 WPM with 90% accuracyReliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shiftsBasic computer and troubleshooting skillsPay RangeUSD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
