Mail Production Team Member – Bindery & InsertingAnderson is currently hiring for multiple openings within our Mail Production Department, with opportunities available in both Bindery and Inserting operations.These are hands-on production roles supporting the preparation, finishing, and mailing of printed materials for our clients. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work, can thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and are willing to learn and grow with the company.CompensationPay range: $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience.Training takes place during the first shift, and once completed, the position transitions to the later morning shift.Bindery Production Team MemberThe Bindery team supports the finishing side of print production, including:CuttingFoldingStitchingSortingPreparing jobs for mailing or deliveryInserting Production Team MemberThe Inserting team supports mail production operations by:Operating and assisting with mail inserting equipmentPreparing materials for machine processingMonitoring production qualitySorting and traying mailKeeping production running accurately and efficientlyResponsibilitiesFollow production schedules and job instructions accuratelyMaintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detailWork collaboratively as part of a production teamStand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasksLift, move, and handle printed materials and production suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMeet productivity and attendance expectationsWork overtime as needed to meet production deadlines and customer demandsMaintain flexibility with shift schedules and work hours based on operational and business needsWhy Join AndersonAnderson is a long-standing, stable company with a strong reputation for quality, service, and teamwork.
