Job description
Apero Property Management seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations for its multifamily portfolio. This executive role focuses on strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across conventional and affordable housing assets.
The CFO will partner with the President/CEO and other leaders, oversee all accounting functions, manage debt and treasury activities, and drive KPI development to optimize portfolio performance.
