Job description
The Onsite Manager at The Adecco Group serves as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and is responsible for aligning with the client’s business objectives. You will oversee the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, directing daily recruitment activities and ensuring KPI/SLA targets are met.
Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, building strong client relationships with HR and Operations, and presenting regular reviews to senior leadership.
