Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New Hampshire to serve as the primary client contact for our programs. You will align with client objectives, lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive a collaborative, service‑oriented partnership.
Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, presenting quarterly reviews, and ensuring SLA/ KPI targets are met. You will coach a recruitment team and act as a Brand Ambassador for Adecco.
