Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the initial escalation point for client questions. You will oversee the strategic evolution of the client program, drive recruiting activities, and align with the client’s objectives to build a collaborative partnership.
In this role you will grow and retain accounts, lead recruitment teams, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and present regular business reviews to senior leadership.
