E Squared Marketing is looking for a friendly, polished, creative, and highly organized Onsite Concierge | Sales & Marketing Associate to serve as the face of Arbor Old Town Scottsdale.
This is a unique role that combines hospitality, tenant relations, events, marketing, and sales support. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, prospective tenants, and visitors while helping create an exceptional experience throughout the property.
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys people, problem-solving, marketing, and creating memorable experiences—and who can confidently move between greeting a visitor, coordinating an event, creating social content, supporting a prospective tenant, and helping a tenant solve a problem.

This is a unique role that combines hospitality, tenant relations, events, marketing, and sales support. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, prospective tenants, and visitors while helping create an exceptional experience throughout the property.

Concierge & Tenant Experience
Serve as the welcoming, professional face of the property and first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors.
Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, provide information, and help with building navigation and amenities.
Build strong relationships with tenants through regular communication, property visits, engagement activities, and exceptional customer service.
Respond to tenant and visitor requests promptly and find solutions whenever possible.
Conduct building and amenity tours for tenants and prospective tenants as appropriate.
Monitor common areas and amenities to ensure they are clean, functional, welcoming, and always tour-ready.
Know the surrounding Scottsdale area—including restaurants, attractions, events, traffic, construction, and other local happenings—and proactively share helpful information with tenants.
Uphold property rules and policies in a friendly, professional manner.
Events & Tenant Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging tenant events and experiences.
Manage the property event calendar and amenity reservations.
Coordinate vendors, catering, supplies, setup, and day-of event details.
Collect and coordinate required vendor documentation, including COIs.
Develop creative tenant engagement opportunities, welcome gifts, holiday programs, and other initiatives.
Track event participation, tenant interactions, expenses, and results.
Help develop quarterly event plans and annual marketing/event budgets.
Marketing & Sales Support
Create and manage content for the property's social media, website, and tenant app.
Create engaging social posts, reels, graphics, and other marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
Support property marketing and leasing initiatives and collaborate with the property and leasing teams.
Help promote building amenities, events, and available spaces.
Assist with prospective tenant experiences and provide a high level of hospitality throughout the leasing process.
Track marketing and campaign performance and provide insights on results.
Collaborate with E Squared's creative, social media, photography/video, and leadership teams.
Administrative & Property Support
Provide administrative support to the property management team and E Squared Marketing.
Maintain accurate schedules, reservations, reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
Communicate property updates and important information to tenants through the property's communication platform.
Assist with meeting rooms, technology, amenities, deliveries, supplies, and other onsite needs.
Follow all property security and emergency procedures and respond calmly and professionally when issues arise.
Participate in team and client meetings and complete other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable enforcing policies while maintaining a positive, professional relationship
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a larger team
Comfortable learning and troubleshooting technology used throughout the property's amenity spaces
Knowledgeable about or interested in the Scottsdale/Old Town area
Comfortable creating social media content, including posts, reels, and graphics
Professional, polished, dependable, and energetic
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, events, journalism, graphic design, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of marketing, hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or related experience
Experience with social media content creation, including Reels/video and basic graphic design
Strong knowledge of marketing and social media tools
Event planning and coordination experience preferred
Experience managing a marketing or event budget is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms
Reliable transportation to and from Arbor Old Town in Scottsdale
Schedule & Expectations
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, onsite position. The successful candidate must be available to work five days per week onsite in Scottsdale and have flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for property events.
This position requires someone who is comfortable being highly visible and engaged onsite throughout the workday. Regular walking throughout the property and extended periods of standing may be required.
