Job description
Blue Mantis is seeking an L1 EUX Engineer to support Managed Services clients onsite. You will be the front line for technical support by phone and remote assistance, handling initial problem determination, ticketing, and resolution.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in service desk, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple tickets in a fast-paced MSP environment. Onsite location, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow in cloud and cybersecurity domains.
