Job description
Fresenius Kidney Care in Greenwood, MS is seeking an Onsite Registered Nurse – Home Therapies to train and support patients on home dialysis, conducting initial visits and coordinating care in the clinic setting.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will perform nursing assessments, manage treatment plans, and educate patients and families about home peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis, with supervision and opportunities to advance through CAP.
