RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Director of Operations - Maintenance and Roads in Coarsegold, CA. You will oversee the Maintenance Department and Roads Crew, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness of projects while managing budgets and reporting to the Executive Director.
Lead a team, drive improvements, and coordinate with the Board and homeowners to uphold exemplary community management standards in a large, amenitized HOA setting.
