Job description
G2 Ops, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Customer Technical Representative to coordinate day-to-day IT support for NAVWAR personnel.
You will be the first point of contact for user IT issues, coordinating NMCI requests and ensuring accurate records of devices, software, and open tickets. This on-site role requires 7+ years in IT support within DoD environments, strong customer service, and the ability to work on-site and meet clearance requirements.
