Job description
Spring Health in Huntsville, AL is seeking an On-site EAP Counselor to support managers, people teams, and members at the customer location. You will provide counseling, management consultations, crisis response, and program promotion, with case management of referrals as needed.
You will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager and work within a team that emphasizes privacy, compliance, and high-quality documentation, while expanding access to mental health resources and support.
